What do we catch?

Depending on the season and the length of the trip, we catch Grouper, Snapper, Mackerel, Kingfish, Sailfish, Amberjack, Dolphin, Tuna, and much more.

Do I need a fishing license to fish on a charter boat?

No. The Captain provides the proper license and stamps.

Do we still fish on rainy days?

Yes, we fish on rainy days unless the winds are high or thunderstorms are predicted. We do not fish if the water is rough. We want to be sure you will be safe and comfortable. The Captain will call you and cancel if he feels the conditions are improper. Please call if you are in doubt of the weather.

How many people can I bring?

Up to 6 passengers can be on board as mandated by the United States Coast Guard license. If you have more, we can coordinate with other captains to accommodate larger groups.

How do I know if the boat is available for the date I want?

Call to reserve your desired day(s).

What is the deposit and cancellation policy?

The deposit is 50% of the trip rate. We take cash or checks. You can cancel any trip 48 hours in advance and get a refund. Trips cancelled after 48 hours are charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you fail to show up for a fishing charter, your deposit will not be returned. If the captain cancels the trip due to weather or another reason, the trip will be rescheduled or the deposit refunded.

What about gratuity?

The mate works for tips. If the captain and the mate did a good job and you had a good time, please show them by rewarding them with the standard 15-20% gratuity.

What about tackle?

The Captain supplies high quality tackle and bait.
